Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga says he has always been willing to testify for deputy President William Ruto in his case at the International Criminal Court.
He however says that only people allied to Jubilee have the key to his freedom.
Raila alleges that members of the Party of National Unity are responsible for fixing Ruto hence they understand best what they told the witnesses they recruited to say to get him nailed by the ICC.
He now wants Moses Kuria, David Murathe, Kamotho Waiganjo and Njenga Mwangi to swear affidavits disclosing the names of witnesses they recruited and the evidence they advised them to give to fix Ruto.
He says that way it will help those willing to testify for Ruto to know what to say to save him.
Raila further wants former Intelligence boss Michael Gichangi, President’s political advisor Nancy Gitau and Principal Secretary Mutea Iringo to also swear affidavits explaining the kind of evidence they submitted to the ICC for them to know that they will succeed in the motion of no-case-to-answer.
